The NMG-GDO is run by our Learning and Development team in conjunction with INSETA to provide opportunities to previously disadvantaged groups. The NMG-GDO will afford you the opportunity to gain experience within areas of the NMG business where we can align your qualification and develop your working experience and skill set.
