 Best Practice

  • Assist in formulation of NMG Best Practice
  • Ensure that NMG Best Practice is implemented within client base
  • Assist in the formulation of NMG best practice, and work on consulting projects

 Budgets

  • Responsible for setting the budgets for client portfolios
  • Responsible for monitoring income and expenditure when compared to the budget on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for achieving ad hoc billing targets as agreed in the budget
  • Participate in new business and cross  initiatives within the branch

People

  • Foster a good working relationship with clients,  staff, manager, internal divisions and colleagues

 Client Relationship Management

  • Be able to autonomously manage a portfolio of clients, with the senior manager in a mentoring and guidance role;
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers , the participating Employers & Trustees;
  • Set an annual year plan per Fund and arranging Trustee/mancom/Sub-Committee meetings and other Fund activities and ensuring that this is adhered to;
  • Manage meetings: preparing agendas, handling meetings, prepare minutes, and ensuring that action items are addressed timeously;
  • Provision of appropriate advice, excellent client service and project management of Fund critical events to ensure the smooth running of the Fund;
  • Effective management of service providers and adherence to NMG standard operating procedures and best practice;
  • Adhering to service standards in terms of the SLAs ,and
  • Other functions that ensure smooth management of the portfolio.
