As of 1 June 2021, all your fund enquiries, statements, claims processing and ITW8 forms (to name but a few) will be provided by us. The BPOPF will still be there, however, they will redirect all fund administration requests to NMG Administrators Botswana.

What will the BPOPF now do?
BPOPF as a pension fund, remains accountable for its members as per the provisions of the Retirement Funds Act. There is a service level agreement between the BPOPF and us that will be used to ensure that members are serviced accordingly
