Press Release: NMG Group acquires stake in data science consultancy Boobook

 

NMG has acquired a strategic minority stake in Belgian data science consultancy Boobook, effective 1 July 2017. Boobook will continue to operate as an independent entity under its Founder and Managing Director, Nicole Huyghe, but will now benefit from NMG’s global network and infrastructure to support its growth.

Founded in 2002, Boobook has a multi-national client list including Disney, Toyota, Sony and Nikon and works at the cutting edge of data science and visualisation. NMG, has a presence in 18 cities including Johannesburg, London, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto and through this collaboration NMG will bring Boobook’s expertise in data analytics to its clients in the fields of insurance, employee benefits and investments.
