NMG Youth Development Program – 2021
Our YDP provides opportunities to qualified youth who have a desire to partner with a vibrant, development conscious and innovative institution in the financial services sector.
As a candidate our programme affords successful incumbents the opportunity to be mentored and exposed to the NMG Benefits value chain. You will gain experience within our core business areas as aligned with your qualification.
If you have successfully completed a 3-year qualification (degree) during the period 2017 to 2020, in any of the below listed fields, you are eligible to apply for our YDP:
- Actuary
- Financial Planning
- Financial Management
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Investments
- Economics
- Accounting
